Canada Court Watch has followed the details of the case of Robert Freedland. He has been assessed outrageous costs for defending himself, and has received court transcripts strongly at variance with his recollection of the proceedings. In follow-up requests for original records, the courts have reacted in the manner of a party with something to hide.
